• Through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if given) and your message.
• Through WhatsApp or a phone call: your name, phone number and the booking details you share, such as the massage you want, the date, time and your location.
• Health notes you choose to tell us (for example an injury or pregnancy), so your therapist can adapt the massage safely.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, arrange and confirm your booking, send a therapist to your location and provide the service you asked for. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

Booking details are shared only with the therapist who visits you, and only as needed to provide your session. Messages sent through WhatsApp or our website are processed by those services as part of delivering the message.

Analytics and cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar tools, such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information only for as long as we need it to provide our service and handle any follow-up questions.
