Booking
How do I book a home massage?
Call or WhatsApp us on +971 55 496 3540, or send your details through the form on our contact page. Tell us the massage you want, the date and time, and your area.
Can I book on the same day?
Yes, same-day bookings are welcome. Availability depends on the time and your location, so message us as early as you can.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 11 AM to 1 AM.
Which areas do you cover?
We visit homes, villas and hotels across all of Dubai. Sharjah is available on request.
Before your session
How should I prepare?
Choose a quiet room with a little floor space for the massage table or mat. A shower beforehand is welcome, and it is best not to eat a heavy meal just before your massage.
What does the therapist bring?
Your therapist brings everything needed: a massage table (or a floor mat for Thai massage), fresh towels and massage oils.
What should I wear?
For Thai massage, wear loose, comfortable clothing. For oil-based massages you will be covered with towels throughout, and only the area being massaged is uncovered.
Should I mention health conditions?
Yes, please. Tell us about injuries, recent surgery, medical conditions, allergies to oils or pregnancy when you book and again to your therapist, so the massage can be adapted.
Payment and changes
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash or card.
How much does a home massage cost?
Most massages are 169 AED for 60 minutes and 220 AED for 90 minutes. A 60-minute couple massage is 299 AED. See all services and prices.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Please message or call us as early as possible if your plans change, so we can rearrange your appointment. We will explain any conditions when you book.
Safety and comfort
Are your therapists female?
Yes. All Elite Touch therapists are female.
Is your service professional only?
Yes. Elite Touch provides professional therapeutic and relaxation massage only.
Can I ask for more or less pressure?
Of course. Tell your therapist at any point during the session, and they will adjust the pressure or the focus.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Please choose our prenatal massage, which uses gentle techniques and supported positions, and check with your doctor or midwife first.
Can you come to my hotel?
Yes. Please check that your hotel allows outside therapists, and share your room details when you book.
